Did year four get cancelled?
No, but originally when this series started in 2017 the production schedule was very aggressive and my passion for this fandom was more than it is now. Life happens, things get pushed to the back burner, paid writing gigs come up. And although I have the first chapter finished and will post everything when I eventually finish writing it, Year 4 also poses a philosophical issue that keeps elluding me every time I think I'm ready to pick it up again. Do I stick by the original narrative I set out to tell, even when my perspective has changed over time or do I shift the narrative to meet my new perspective? Does changing the narrative save the story from wasting it's potential or do I lose the original integrity of the story by making into something that reflects almost a different point entirely? But some day Year Four will be published, rest assured.
