honestly, my favorite moments in FFXIV tend to be the ones where everyone around me is acting like a walking shitpost (looking at you, hawks), but i didn’t want to draw that many characters but i really adore the hildibrand quests. in a game that seems to be looking for new ways to break my heart every day, it’s a breath of fresh air to just enjoy a silly detective story. (plus, /mdance.)

this is my blind bard raen alt i made on a whim. his name is mukuge kasanui! he comes from a small but long-lived family of umbrella makers in kugane. his parents passed away from an illness shortly after he became an adult. wanting to leave a legacy, he went out to travel across the world to do what he does best: singing and storytelling.
