what confuses and amazes me is, there’s some absolutely amazing, and more importantly REALLY ON-MODEL Cosplays out there that look a thousand times better than any of the official walk-about characters, without the use of a big plastic looking head. Take that guy who did an awesome cosplay of “Mrs. Nesbit” for example. I will never understand why Disney can’t put together something like that. They literally have their pick of the litter for employees, there have to be hundreds of potential applicants for any of these sort of roles who both reasonably look like the character in question (or can pass with a bit of makeup) And can also act convincingly in character! It would be 10000% Less creepy and weird, and way more cool and engaging to see any of these characters, or Capt Hook, ect as actual face characters instead of mascot costumes.
