I have heard of some action figure game, though, I don’t know why someone would have an action figure of me.

They’re not action figures, they’re trophies. Basically, in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, if you touch the base of a trophy of a character, the character then becomes active. However, if the character is launched a certain distance, the character turns back to a trophy. But I think outside battles, the characters are active so they can socialise or relax in the Smash Mansion until their next turn to battle.
