i made a pride flag for my gender! it doesn't have a name, the best i could think of was 'none gender left boy'

this is a joke flag meant not to make fun of mogai identities, but to show that it's ok not to use microlabels if you don't want to! it can be super confusing and stressful trying to find labels!

it's totally fine if you just stick with the label 'nonbinary', even if it doesn't capture all the intricacies of your identity.

i really struggled with my gender because i was trying to find the perfect label to describe me but i just couldn't. trying to fit into microlabels that i didn't totally identify with was the exact thing i was trying to avoid when i realized i was nonbinary! i felt fake because there would always be something off with every label i found.

realizing that nothing matters and i can just let my gender be what it is and not care so much was really beneficial to me! it helped me accept my gender more than any microlabel ever could.

again, i'm not saying that this is the case for everyone! sometimes it's the exact opposite, where people need those labels in order to accept themselves and figure everything out, and that's perfectly fine! gender is so confusing and strange that anything can work for anyone! some people take comfort in specific labels and identies, while i take comfort in the fact that—no matter what labels i use/don't use—my gender will always be personal to me, even if i don't fully understand it.

tldr: gender is hard and everyone has different ways of accepting their gender identity which is hella cool of us to do
