Kowloon is a fairly popular OC created by ちく子 in 2009. He’s meant to represent the now destroyed Kowloon Walled City, not the Kowloon peninsula. Obviously his design is based off Hong Kong’s, and the two are always shown as twins (with Hong Kong being the older of the two).  Here’s some info about the character, for roleplay and fanfiction references :D All information has been referenced from ちく子’s blog, as well as the various comics featuring Kowloon on Pixiv.
