Random story I wrote in creative writing class. (Practicing descriptive words lol)  -ispo from Isabella from Encanto. Wip.

Medieval era-

She wore her bottle-green smock, and an unyielding corset. Passing the golden lined frames displayed with her name: Eira. She was given that name when she was born, after her parents saw her natural, snow-white skin, they thought it would be perfect. Of course, such beauty wouldn’t come freely.  She was the portrait of a perfect young girl. Of course, living perfectly isn’t anybody’s ideal life. She didn’t want to die. She just doesn’t want to live the life she’s living. And slowly she wants to try to create a life she wants to live, And the burden of finding a way to leave, had made nest in her head.

Inspo- Luisa from encanto.

Just because you’re strong and resilient doesn’t mean you never need someone to be there for you, she needed to bring help. Going out into the woods alone isn’t the best idea. Of course, being perfect includes only being friends with your parents' selected few, none of which she actually trusted. Assuming there are outsiders, she ran, by herself, into the woods, alone, in the middle of the night. She felt like a whale swimming in the sky. completely unfamiliar with the spine-chilling forest.

I feel like a whale in the sky,

Stepping into somewhere new.

Been 100 times,

to somewhere I do not belong.

My toes of colors

painting the grass with agitation.

My memory, spraying like a mist machine

or a train leaving the station.

the awkwarness and stupidity, scare commen folk away.

WENT TO A BLACK HISTORY CONVENTION TODAY!!!! They played music, all from black artist, and had lots of great food. I would describe more, but I had places to be, and I don’t like meat. I just wanted to pay my respects.

Remember to listen to Black people this month, as well as every month! Be they Black Americans, Black Europeans, Black Africans, Black Hispanic people, etc. Remember to elevate their voices, not talk over them even if it's for the intention of support.

Respect and support all Black people. Listen to Black neurodivergent people, Black disables people. Black LGBTQ+ people, Black men, women or nonbinary people, and everyone in between. Listen to Black people, elevate their voices, support them.

Stand up for them. Don't minimize their experiences or ignore them.
