Our neighbours at The ArtHouse Cinema in Crouch End are showing the gripping, BAFTA nominated Kajaki - a film we scored and provided music supervision for last year.
Following the screening there will be a Q&A with Benjamin O’Mahony [Stu Hale], David Elliot [Mark Wright] Lucy Trendle [Associate Producer] and renowned author and historian Max Arthur.
The lovely Daisy Digital has pulled up her Christmas stockings already and compiled this wonderful mix tape recorded and mastered at The Crypt with proceeds going to CoppaFeel breast cancer awareness.
Last week The Crypt was invaded by Slow Club, Lucy Rose and Rae Morris, Nathan Ball, Eva Stone and Jagarra amongst others to feature on the compilation.What a fun day!....more tomorrow with Marica Hackman and Eliza Shadad...

A true story about British soldiers trapped in a mine-laden riverbed in Afghanistan.
A small unit of soldiers is positioned on a ridge overlooking the Kajaki dam. A three-man patrol sets out to disable a Taliban roadblock. In a dried out river bed at the foot of the ridge, one of the patrol detonates a land mine, blowing off his leg and setting into motion a desperate rescue mission.
Great show from Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip) and his band at The Crypt on Saturday night, along with Lowpines, Technology and Teamwork, Copa America, Luc Jornot and Aaron Fyfe, you all made it a memorable weekend. Thanks also to all those that came along.

Everyone loves a drink or two at the cricket right? The England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) want everyone to have fun & a few drinks at a match but to do it responsibly. We had fun creating the sound design for this animation as part of their drink aware campaign
Bleach Film Festival...
Bleach Productions presented it's first ever Film Festival as part of the Crouch End Festival. The daytime's events entailed screenings of a diverse collection of short films spanning documentaries, music videos, spoken word/poetry, monsters & comedy.
The evening saw us screening full feature film 'Good Vibrations', a real underdog story about the development of the punk rock scene in Northern Ireland. A number of local celebrities & film & music professionals were in attendance including our good friends Snow Patrol.
With the event proving to be an overwhelming success, we're looking to make this an annual event, so North London film makers & movie fanatics follow us on @bleachmusic to make sure you don't miss out on next year's festivities!
