I drew this with alcohol markers and drawing skin is so difficult with those... I almost gave up honestly. Maybe I don't have the right colors for it, which you wouldn't expect, considering I have about 200 of them. I think it still turned out alright though — even if the lighting is much more harsh than in my reference. Anyway here is my sketch:
