Trying to find optical path lengths through a gradient index (grin) lens using a Mach Zehnder interferometer and Python. 12 hours later and still running... Looks alright but way too slow.

I wrote a python program which creates a contour plot of a Zernike Polynomial and then splits into x binary images.  I got some fun results =p

For this example I used n = 5, m = 3.
