What sort of meals do you eat to get to your current size? And how often do you eat per day?

I eat about 5-6 times a day. Most of my protein I get through protein shakes, preworkout, postworkout, and before bed. Otherwise I just wouldn’t be able to get enough. Or willing to eat that much chicken
