You don't need to prove your Illness to anyone

You don’t need to prove you are sick to anyone. Stop feeling like you have something to prove to people who don’t believe your illness. If your ‘friends’ don’t believe that you are sick then they really aren’t your friends in the first place. Ive felt the need to prove something, but in order for them to believe me I shouldn’t have to faint in front of them or be hospitalized for them to believe me. If people bring you down and make you feel shitty for being sick get them out of your life, cut them off. Surround yourself with positivity.
