My first 5 kilometers of running weren't really good because I don't have enough training for a long run. I suffered lower back pain and dizziness during the marathon. I decided to go to oval to train by myself fortunately Coach Roel invited me to participate in Nike Running Clinic headed by Coach Rio. When I joined the running clinic I was amazed by the running drills with my co-runners. We train so hard to become good runners not only in the field but also to be disciplined runners. My coach always tells me "if others can do why you can't." He trained me to be a competitive runner. My running training is two, First short running in an oval. I run a 4x200 meter dash is equivalent to 800 meters. I run twice a week on the oval and the second long-running is in Global City where I run in the marathon.
