[For a lotta guys around our age, they hold similar value, I saw a dude choose his car over his gal, too. Can’t really say I could blame him in that moment though, she was a bit of a mess as a person, all trouble no reward, and that car was hot as hell.]

[Two reasons, mainly.]
[One, it takes something important from the challenger and keeps em from tryin anything funny or re-challenging. Forces them to accept the loss.]
[Two, you can do whatever you want with it after. Us, we used it for parts to patch up what got messed up on ours ! ]
[A guy's ride says a lot about him as a person. Only comparable insult to takin someone's car and doin what you want with it would be stealing his dame, too.]
