Trans Wizards in Harry Potter Theory

I was up late one night thinking about Harry Potter. The Topic of Dumbledore being gay popped into my head then a question popped into my head. What would the life experience be for a Transgender wizard? I have been listening the Sorcerer’s Stone on audible, and recalled the incident when Aunt Pentunia cut Harry’s hair but leaves the bangs long enough to cover the scar. Harry’s emotional reponse to this hair cut causes his hair to grow back quickly. What if a transgender kid had a similar response when they began to feel their gender dysphoria. This then causing a gender transition to magically occur. This would most definitely happen at a young age when kids grow into their magic.
