I Shifted to Another Parallel Reality… Again
As you read, yes I shifted to a parallel reality again 💀💀. This legit made me want to LOSE IT. So in my previous shifting post. I mentioned Latch by Disclosure sounding different.
So for this parallel reality, Silver Linings by Laufey sounded different. I had used it while shifting and I checked and it sounded very bad the next few days. Like no joke Latch was child’s play compared to this. It was uncanny and like when a fun song in a horror movie turns dark.
The warping and distortion of the vocals accompanied by the unsettling lyrics had me spiraling lowkey. However, I cannot deny what I was listening to was very real. For me, music is a window into my soul. I don’t feel it physically, I feel it on a plane well beyond this body.
I would be lying if I said I didn’t doubt my shifting capabilities. Hell, I doubt myself everyday. If you view me as a master shifter with all the answers, trust me I have doubts too. Doubts are normal. It’s the left side of your brain trying so desperately to disprove everything happening. Meanwhile, your right side is having a field day envisioning scenarios in your DR. Utilize the right side of your brain and the left side will HAVE to follow.

Even now, I still try to deny shifting. I grasp for the tiniest straw trying to disprove it. Despite shifting myself, I still find myself heavily weighted by a “inability”. The only thing making me “unable” to shift is the idea that I’m “unable” to.
Everyone goes through instances of self doubt. EVERYONE. But, don’t doubt yourself. I need to tell myself too. Having a good mental is SOOOO important for shifting I cannot stress this enough.
Don’t focus on the how long or “why haven’t i?”. Focusing on them indirectly manifests it to continue. Reprogram your mindset. Journal, reflect, or even just use different affirmations. Don’t make yourself fit shifting, make shifting fit you.
Document and figure out what works for you. If you like listening to music and think subliminals don’t work for you, don’t listen to subliminals. If the method you are using doesn’t “work” after 4-5 attempts, change methods.
Write down what symptoms you experience with whatever method and subliminal/song that night. Create a master list of everything. Chart it on google sheets or something. Tweak methods to fit you, you are not doing anything wrong.
Actually take time and pay attention to what your body responds well to. Don’t say you failed when you wake up in your CR. Say you shifted to a parallel reality where shifting is getting easier for you.
Shifting is like breathing. It’s easy until you start thinking about it.

See what I mean? You shift all the time, passively. When you actively try to shift, that’s when it can seem hard to do. Make shifting safe for you. It’s supposed to be fun, not stressful.
Many people respond negatively to stress. If your mind associates shifting as stressful, it might make it harder for you to shift. Your mind will see shifting as unsafe and anxiety inducing, even though it’s natural. So for the love of god, HAVE FUN!!! Don’t work yourself up so much.
