So one of my best friends has started a blog. She suffers with Anxiety and Panic Disorder, and instead of putting herself down about it - she’s created a blog to share her experience with it and to spread awareness. 

So many negative stigmas are attached to the idea of mental disorders and depression etc, and this blog is to give an insight into what it’s really like. 

Please read/ share this link as you never know this blog could help someone who doesn’t even realize they suffer with the same/ similar condition. Or even that isn’t the case - maybe you could learn something new.
