Sometimes I think I need to stop analyzing myself as much as I do and just be. I'm always so critical of my feelings, thoughts, emotions, and actions. But I'm just being human. And I'm just being me. I tend to allow the people who care least about me, and hurt me the most, make me feel like I'm broken and wrong. And through idiotically still seeking their approval, I become ashamed of myself.
