Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, and “This job”
everybody’s waiting for you to break down / everybody’s watching to see the fallout / even when you’re sleeping, sleeping / keep your ey-eyes open
avengers: endgame (2019), directed by joe and anthony russo
∟ “I’m lucky in having found the perfect partner to spend my life with” ~ Sara Paretsky
“are you here to do your laundry?” “and to see a friend.”

one of the best heartwarming scenes between Zuko and Iroh. The fact that Zuko is truly repentant and Iroh is unconditionally forgiving despite everything he’s endured. And of course, they can make you cry one moment and laugh in the next.
I’m not sure we could have done this notion of an interlinked Marvel Cinematic Universe without Captain America. Whether it’s bit by a spider or exposed to gamma rays, the notion of super-powered human started with Steve Rogers. He is the backbone of the universe. – Kevin Feige
#we know who’s the top in this relationship
A symbol to the nation. A hero to the world.
Three things cannot be long hidden.
“You know I’d offer to cook you dinner but you seem pretty miserable already” “You’re here to do your laundry?” “And to see a friend.”
Thor wasn’t the only one who saw it move…
I just realized Natasha never found out Steve was worthy to lift Mjolnir in endgame AND I AM NOT OKAY
@cpt-stvngrntrgrs
@unholyromanoff THANKS I DIDN’T NEED MY HEART ANYWAY ;-;
Okay but wait, hear me out:
What if Steve knew before the battle that he’s worthy? I mean, it’s probably a hidden card trick that he has up his sleeve. After all, AoU was the last time they were all together with Thor and Mjolnir wasn’t in IW. Since this scene was from AoU, there’s a chance he knew that before or after the movie.
It seems like Steve did restrain himself from lifting the hammer here. So we can assume that there’s a chance that maybe, just maybe, before this scene, Steve was shitting around the Tower and for some reason, he was able to lift Mjolnir. Just like that. Lift it like he’s Thor and the worthy god that he is. And of course, Natasha was there to witness it (i mean, it was after TWS, they were def buddies then). That could be why she had that look when he “tried” to lift it because she knew that he could; he just won’t.
Steve Rogers in every Marvel film AVENGERS: ENDGAME (2019)
She would follow Steve to the ends of the earth if he asked her to
