how every author writes a guy kissing another guy for the first time
bruce had kissed girls before, of course, but this was so different. girls were all soft and curves and pliant, sighing beneath him. pliant and submissive. but kissing david was nothing like that. his stubble burned bruceās mouth, his kisses hard and aggressive and bruising. every place bruceās hands searched for soft curves they found hard planes and angles. so many angles. so incredibly different from the soft submissive girls bruce was used to. every where he touched was another angle. david was angles on top of angles wrapped in a dominant five o'clock shadow. nothing like a supple, tender, mild girl.Ā
so remember how i wrote a bunch of horse haikus and submitted them to my collegeās publication
WELL GUESS WHAT I GOT IN MY INBOX TODAY:
This is single handedly the best sentence I have ever read in my entire life, Iām so pleased with and proud of myself right now. My favourite part is that the fact that they picked just one picture means they sat down and discussed which picture of a banana peel they liked best.
I ended up submitting these five haikus:
And this is Banana Peel #6 (out of ten):
They were apparently very enjoyable because the haikus were vindictive and the banana peel has personality. I canāt wait for the issue to come out.

Iām really glad that KC Greenās work is being more widely recognized after the wholeĀ āThis is not fineā comic came out.
Heās been in the comic making game for a really long time and he hasā¦a bit of a knack for creating things that are used as reaction images and never credited back to him.
Heās a really cool guy and a great artist and I HIGHLY recommend following his work.
i feel like its important to add that hes also responsible for dickbutt. thats an important part of his resume
Some lesser known KC Green Career Highlights:
honestly I swear heās like. the best at unintentionally making reaction images
KC Green is awesome

Isolated Buildings of Chicago
In the words of the artist David Schalliol:
The Isolated Building Studies are the visual confluence of my interests in urban dynamism, socioeconomic inequality and photography. By using uniform composition in photographs of Chicago buildings with no neighboring structures, I hope to draw attention to new ways of seeing the common impact of divergent investment processes on urban communities.
Isolated buildings are particularly useful for the exploration of neighborhood transformation and its social correlates because they are immediately recognized as unusual. As urban buildings, their form illustrates their connection with adjacent structures: vertical, boxy, an architecture confined by palpably limited parcels. When their neighboring buildings are missing, a tension emerges: the urban form clashes with the seemingly suburban, even rural setting. Thoughtfully engaging the landscape requires further investigation to resolve this tension: Why is this building isolated? It is from this fundamental friction that the Isolated Building Studies launches.

August and my lips have plumped to something you're
August and my lips have plumped to something you're happy to pick - this and the lizard skin you peel from my arm are lunch and dinner and midnight's dry mouth. Soft, love. I tread between doorways, over each wood trail and burning forest. Your hand in the morning and your foot in the curve of my back. Our olive oil will never go rancid; instead letās dress each other and rub spit in our hands - Italy's gravy and my mother's puttanesca in the breakfast we'll feed our babies. I still hope they do not have my copper breath or my sisterās heart seizing but they will tell the story of our first year in Chicago to their first loves -
