So how many people here think about the fact that the only non-cis person of the DreamSMP, Eret, gets the absolute hatred that they get for any moment they aren’t informed on specific lgbtq+ identities and issues and criticize them to a much greater extent simply because they’re part of the community. This is literally not a coincidence, these people have such higher and Stricter expectations and scrutiny for Eret because he’s neither cis nor het.

And this is without mentioning how many people purposely try to question the validity of her identity? Like, Eret has gotten questioned on wether they’re “really bisexual” because they dated a trans man and is amab. Eret mentioned multiple times that they suffer from gender dysphoria but people ignore it and treat them as cis in their arguments about xyr being transphobic, except when it’s convenient, like adding a “he should know better” attitude.

And people who do acknowledge Eret’s identity immediately say Eret is ABUSING xyr status as a lgbtq+ content creator, disrespectting the lgbtq+ community, or giving it a bad reputation for not being informed of these specific problems or identities.

People don’t bother on educating her like they would actually do or at least claim to do when canceling or calling out other content creators for supposed lgbt discrimination. Because they are a part of the community and as such suddenly has the obligation to be the up most informed individual on the earth simply for not being cishet.
