ive been struggling with increasing my appetite for months and for a long time i plateaued at a point where i at least wasn't losing weight but i wasn't gaining. at all. and it was very discouraging feeling like i was stuffing myself only to hop on the scale and still be the exact same weight. but over the past month and couple weeks especially ive made a lot of huge strides with being able to comfortably eat more overall and i just weighed myself and im 5 pounds heavier!!!! i haven't weighed in at this much in over a year!!!! it feels kinda silly to get excited over compared to the massive gains the more intense feedees have but im really proud of myself for doing it. im so pumped to get bigger
