Linguine (I didn't have enough of any other long pasta) with shiitake, miso, butter and lemon.

I made the miso into a little kind of braising liquid with dark soy sauce and mirin to season it, and then let the pasta half cook in there once the shiitake were cooked down.

With a little wild garlic salsa verde and some extra olive oil on top.
