sherlock and john being soft to each other in the gay pilot
i was planning to capture all the moments sherlock and john being soft to each other throughout the series and here’s ones in the unaired pilot ONLY:
(winks because people seem to like it and he cares to make john like him)
“sherlock, please”
“i looked you up last night.”
(helps john with the police tape, closes door after john)
“fantastic!”
(looks at john like he just healed his whole lifetime of deep anguish)
(calls for john just to stare at him with dilated pupils even though ‘everything else is transport’)
“i’m not his date”
“JAAAAAAWWN-!-”
(because it’s more helpful to call for john inside a restaurant instead of help from nearby passersby)
“good ol’ dr watson. i underestimated him.”
“nerves of steel-”
(makes the bottom-right face of “perhaps i have a chance with him”)
“starving?”
“what he’s gonna do right now is have dinner”
(because that’s what ‘girlfriends’ do, feed you up, and sometimes pull rank)
(each screencap is how many times john watson bumps his arm with sherlock’s. pay attention to the bottom right. WHAT IS JOHN WATSON DOING)
