So… it has been noted that FE8 villain Valter looks a bit like famed actor and auteur Tommy Wiseau.

Obviously, the next move was to hack FE8 so that Valter can only talk in The Room quotes.

No, I don’t know why I did it either. Don’t ask.

The link to the UPS files is here. And because I’m nice, here’s the pre-patched version. There’s actually two versions of the patch. One is just the straight Wiseau-riffic text edit, and in the other I replaced Valter’s portrait with Tommy Wiseau.

Trust me, it looks worse in motion. But frankly I already feel embarrassed at the amount of effort I put into this, so. I guess you could argue that ugly sprite is a more authentic experience, if you’re into that.

If you notice any issues with the patch (I did test it, but god knows I most definitely missed something) or you just have any suggestions to make it better, holler at me.
