This is Cendio, one of my JJBA OCs. In my little setting I have written he is the JoBro. He is a very carefree individual, mostly because of the influence of his best friend Josie (the Jojo of my setting).
Cendio is rebellious to his family, as they pushed him to go into their business and take over as head of their company (my setting’s equivalent of The Speedwagon Foundation). Before he met Josie, he was the definition of the quiet smart kid. Kept his head down and had nobody to talk to. After a brief encounter with Josie, where he was told “Stop being a stuck up wallflower”, he finally put his foot down and listened to his own passions. Dying his hair the colors of a fire to show he will keep burning on even if his family gets in the way. He is incredibly thoughtful and will do anything with his whole heart. Despite his rather naive nature in showing hospitality to anyone (leading to him being taken advantage of half the time and needing Josie to help him stand up for himself), he became a massive extrovert who managed to truly befriend Josie. He is a Film Major and has an obsession with the occult, which lead him and his friends to encountering the villain, and acquiring their stands.

Name: Hotel California (named after the song by Eagles)
Type: Materialized Phenomenon
Hotel California manifested shortly after an incident involving Cendio and his college friends investigated the disappearances happening in their town. It came from his carefree nature and hospitality to anyone he talks to, even if they find his obsession with the occult very strange. He over extends himself to appease everyone.
Hotel California is manifested by the user touching any standard sized door. The material must be completely solid and have no windows/glass.
When the door is opened, it creates a pocket dimension that takes the form of a hotel. All windows within the hotel show a sunset time and rolling desert. Within Hotel California are faceless staff which attend to the user and any other person who is let in to Hotel California. Anyone not permitted to enter Hotel California that opens the door will open to the intended destination (ie. If it is a bedroom door, it will open to said bedroom).
The hotel contains food, water, beds, medical supplies, and anything the user or other people may need. Any item called for is created by taking material from the surrounding area. If no materials remain, it starts taking materials from the user.
Stands can still be activated within Hotel California. If the user determines a target to be a threat, the staff will attack the target. They are equivalent in strength to an average bouncer, but will not kill the target. Most they will do is restrain, and if the user wishes, throw the target out of Hotel California.
Hotel California can be maintained for a maximum of 3 days before the user must rest for time relative to the duration of the stay (Half the duration of the stay for resting). During the rest period, the user cannot activate Hotel California, and is completely bed bound.
