We made a paper prototype to test the ease of use of our app. 1 person would take notes, 1 person would be the question master and 1 person would be the puppet master responsible for moving all the intricate pieces around!

We use Toon Boom Harmony to rig all the characters to prep them for the animation. The node tree looks scary but it’s really just a powerful way to organize and manipulate layers!
