Ivypool is my favorite character and a huge comfort character. I will absolutely project my PTSD on her and imagine that Fernsong (who is a trans lesbian you're welcome) helps her through the nightmares and panic attacks because we don't get a look at their relationship.

I also adore Dovewing as the overwhelmed Golden Child (TM) as I was both that AND the anxious scared teenager dealing with literal hell c: Do not put the sisters against each other they love each other

I enjoy how most warriors who get nabbed and end up as kittypets can't really complain much. "I miss mouse and my clanmates but uh... starving and freezing and fighting for no fucking reason sucks" lmao but they always go back???? True cult type shit

I LOVE HIM AND I LOVE LOUDCLAN go read it please I love clans with unique structures and lore and i just want to gently cradle them in my hands and smooch them

anyway this was a warmup that got out of hand. someone probably came into the healer den for some stupid shit like getting their head stuck in a can or some bullshit lmao

i just want to gush over his character for a second because he has my heart. Spoilers for loudclan ahead!

<3 his decision to become a healer out of RESPECT and DECENCY and LOVE for silt was what first grabbed my heart. the maturity and passion for a cat that young to make such a huge call??? trauma babies always grow up so fast (speaking from experience) but i love how he did it not just for silt but to protect his own peace??? like he told owlstar all the ways he fucked up and basically said "we ain't the same" and the weight was off his shoulders. he's not free from his heritage in any way (what with mama's ghost creepin) but he took control. his life both is and isn't dictated by his parentage and i fucking love that

also his relationship with his clanmates is so good!! he's not super soft and gentle with them - he can be really prickly and impatient - but he WILL NOT leave their side until he has done every single fucking thing within his power to offer them healing or peace. his clanmates don't really seem to notice how generous he is with his emotional energy because he isn't super demonstrative and he's dealing with so much AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.

his moments of vulnerability with rosehip and silt make me woob so hard for him. i hope he can grow to lean on others even a fraction as much as they lean on him i just want him to be happy someday ;n;

it's a good thing he lives in loudclan and nothing bad ever happens there!
