not for nothing, but make sure you're staying extra hydrated if your truly eating that much fried-in-oil foods... after all menses takes muscle, and your muscles will cramp if enough water isn't available to move as fluidly... besides that oil and water repel each other, you really want as much water to be retained as needed, and extra oils taken internally will actually work counter and push water out... j/s. 👍 I don't want you to be hurting, and as with all things- if you put 'garbage in' what you usually get is 'garbage out' or in this case a more hellish period... tmyk <3
