Daily log 3/7/26
It's been forever since I've done a log. I've moved and have more privacy now, so I can get on here more freely.
Not too proud of my intake today, but my c@ls burned in fit make me feel a bit better about it. The house is full of junk, but that should be fixed soon. Working on lowering c@rbs and upping pr0tein.
Got a we¡ght set and tre@dmill in, so I'll be using those every day. The plan is tre@dmill every day, with we¡ghts 3x a week for now. Still haven't found my sc@le unfortunately. I don't want to buy a new one because I KNOW it'll turn up as soon as I do.
