after watching the new episode of helluva boss by vivziepop i realized something.
Scars on imps turn into white spots. This is seen with Blitzes burns being the cause of the white on his face and also just all of Fizzaroli’s body.
Now I couldn’t tell you if it only happens due to being burned or if it’s all injuries but now we should take a look at other imps we’ve seen.
Millie is pretty clear of white except for a few spots on her elbow and body. Even her family has specifically placed spots of white. Her sister even has a very scar like looking patch of white insinuating a slash wound over her eye. I’m gonna assume these are from injuries while doing farm work or assassin work.
Then we see moxie, and this is what i wanted to touch on. Obviously he has only 6 very noticeable white spots. We all just assumed they represent freckles because of how they look. But, what if they’re cigarette burns?
We know Moxies father is an absolute ass of a mafia boss and we’ve seen him go to extreme lengths to “punish” Moxie. He’s almost always smoking a cigar and we’ve seen him grab Moxies face multiple times. Moxie always looks terrified when his face gets grabbed, so there may be a reason for it.
We also even see his mom having similar marks but with slightly different placement.
So my head-canon is that Moxies father would “punish” Moxie and his mom by giving them cigarette burns.
It would explain how they’re so perfectly circular and perfectly placed. Maybe his mom even just had the spots naturally and Moxie talked about wanting to look like her so his father took it personally.
I don’t know, i just really like the detail that imps scarring turns into white patches.
