🍋 watch kid friendly animal documentaries and write down fun facts !!
🍓 writing the alphabet in a language you don’t already know ! as well as simple sentences and phases
🍐 i like giving my stuffies little About Me pages with their name, pronouns, etc , and a little doodle of them !
🫐 if you’ve got lots of crayons you can make a whole page dedicated to one color ! say for example, green ! you can get all of the different color green crayons you have and make a picture using all the different shades and hues :)
🍊 a list of all your favorite cartoons to watch with cute little doodles to match !
🍎 if you have one , write a note to your cg about how much you love n appreciate them 🫶
🍋 make casting roles for which of your stuffies would play who in your favorite musicals (you can also do this with tv shows or movies etc) who’s playing hamilton, burr, eliza, etc. you can also act out scenes with them :)
🍓 make a meal menu ! all your favorite snacks n treats for each meal time
🍐 a blanket fort checklist ! it’s the worst when you’re all cozy in your brand new fort and realize you’ve forgotten something and need to leave a dozen times !!!!

I haven't been here for a long time (I forgot I have this blog, lol) well, in addition to regression, I want to write here my plans, thoughts, etc.
in short, make it more lifestyle, but my blog is still strictly safe!!
I also changed the design a little, so to speak, for a new beginning!! (。・ω・。)ノ♡
How to regress (AGERE)?
🧸 1. Create a Safe Space
Find a private, quiet, and comfortable place.
Use soft lighting, cozy blankets, and items that feel safe.
If you have a caregiver (CG), let them know you're regressing. (If possible! some littles may be nonverbal <3)
🎨 2. Gather Comfort Items (Optional but Helpful)
Stuffies/plushies
Blankets or pacifiers
Sippy cups or bottles
Snacks (like applesauce, juice boxes, goldfish crackers)
Toys, coloring books, or sensory items
🎧 3. Choose Comforting Activities
Watch cartoons or kids’ movies
Color or play with toys
Listen to lullabies or soft music
Nap or cuddle with a stuffed animal
Use kids' apps or games
Talk in a childlike voice if it helps
🫧 4. Let Go of Adult Worries
Try to mentally "put away" responsibilities
Use affirmations like: "I am safe." "I don’t have to worry right now." "It’s okay to be small."
🛑 5. Set Limits
Set a timer if you have things to do later
Avoid regressing in unsafe or inappropriate environments
Practice self-care after regressing — drink water, reflect gently, and ease back into your usual mindset
Optional: Journaling or Memory Triggers
Some find it helpful to keep a regression journal or make a playlist of comforting songs, shows, or smells that help trigger the regressed mindset.
⚠️ Important Notes
Please keep an eye on yourself; keep safe when regressing.
Remind yourself: “It’s okay to need comfort.” There’s no shame in wanting to feel little or cared for.
You don’t have to “act like a child” — regression is about your internal experience, not outward behavior.
Everyone's regression looks different; there is no wrong or right way to regress.
LITTLE LIFEHACKS FOR LITTLES
🌷 Don't try to make everything perfect in little space.
• I know it can be hard. But you're just a kid, and everything you do is perfect on its own! 💚
🌷 If you like to colorbooks, try to shade the drawing or not to color to the edges. It turns out that the drawing was really painted by a child! Maybe it will help you feel smaller.
🌷 You can draw with a non—leading hand (if you are right—handed, you do it with your left hand, if left-handed, with your right), the drawing will turn out to be a little careless, but more childish.
• This is also a very good exercise to fight with perfectionism! 🕊️

Even today, I was walking, trying to process anger and sadness. ❤️🩹
It seems to have turned out well! The rhythm of the steps was very soothing and I didn't even need headphones, the ambient noises were quite pleasant and natural!! ( ◜‿◝ )
In general, I love the sounds of cars, trains and trams!! (as opposed to people laughing and shouting)
I also search for a new sippy, but I haven't found the perfect one yet... (。ŏ﹏ŏ)
