Nurse Dollie CG headcannons:

She’d help you any time you got hurt while playing! Additionally, she’d love to use plushies to show you different areas of the body or how to treat certain places!

She’d have soooo many cute and cool bandaids, too! She’d let you put them on your plushies for pretend play :0

After every little mini training session or after patching you all up, Dollie would absolutely give you treats! Meals would be balanced and healthy + to fit any needs you have, and she’d totally tell you facts about the food you’re eating if you wanted any! Medicine goes in this category too—It’ll all be positive, don’t worry!

Now, Dollie would let you help her set up with her tools and equipment for helping other animatronics or toys or even people, honestly, but she has to have you promise that you’ll be careful and be extra safe while handling her real equipment. She gave you a toy version of all her things though, so you can follow along without any dangers!

if you struggle to get motivation to brush your hair, maybe when youre done you can even brush your stuffed animals hair too as some motivation!

🧸🍼Here’s a list of some my favorite agere shows/channels that you can watch for free on YouTube!

🐶 Bluey: This might be an incredibly basic rec, but that’s because it’s such an amazing show!! Bluey is great if you’re healing childhood wounds, learning how to play again, or need help with emotional regulation, amongst so many other things.

🌲 Treehouse Direct: While this isn’t one show in particular, this channel offers tons and tons of nostalgic cartoons that I personally love. Some of those are: Franklin, Little Bear, Max and Ruby, and Miss Spider!!

🌤️ Carebears: I love every single version of carebears!! And on this channel you can watch so many different versions of the carebears, including my personal favorite, Carebears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot!

🌠 Gravity Falls: Now this one might be better for slightly older regressors because there are some heavy elements and themes that might scare some tinies. However Gravity Falls is my favorite show of all time (and my second longest running special interest!!) so I love it big and small. Unfortunately only the first season is fully available on YouTube!!!

🐝 Bee and Puppycat: This is another show that means so so much to me both big and small!! I’ve watched it multiple times a year since it was first released(I was 8!!) The show has a dreamy, surrealist quality that makes it easy to space out and regress to! This is the original series, but the Netflix version is amazing too!! (there is some mild swearing in this one so please be aware if that’s something you’re uncomfortable with)

🍰 Strawberry Shortcake (2003/2009 version) : I loveeeee strawberry shortcake!! I might be in the minority of enjoying the 2009 version, but the nostalgia is completely unmatched!!

🎀 Hello Kitty and Friends: If you’re like me, then you love Sanrio and remember the nostalgic Hello Kitty movies and shows! This is a good alternative to those more niche pieces of media. These episodes are super duper short, so they’re perfect for tinies with short attention spans!!

🦄 The Cartoon Archive: Thank you to bunnystuffies for the recommendation!! This channel offers mainly MLP and Equestria Girls, both of which are a HUGE regression interest for me!! However this channels also offers things like Total Drama Island and Littlest Pet Shop!!!

For some of us walking or sitting by the desk can be challenging, so all of these are the activities which you can enjoy without moving much!

How to regress (AGERE)?

🧸 1. Create a Safe Space

Find a private, quiet, and comfortable place.

Use soft lighting, cozy blankets, and items that feel safe.

If you have a caregiver (CG), let them know you're regressing. (If possible! some littles may be nonverbal <3)

🎨 2. Gather Comfort Items (Optional but Helpful)

Stuffies/plushies

Blankets or pacifiers

Sippy cups or bottles

Snacks (like applesauce, juice boxes, goldfish crackers)

Toys, coloring books, or sensory items

🎧 3. Choose Comforting Activities

Watch cartoons or kids’ movies

Color or play with toys

Listen to lullabies or soft music

Nap or cuddle with a stuffed animal

Use kids' apps or games

Talk in a childlike voice if it helps

🫧 4. Let Go of Adult Worries

Try to mentally "put away" responsibilities

Use affirmations like: "I am safe." "I don’t have to worry right now." "It’s okay to be small."

🛑 5. Set Limits

Set a timer if you have things to do later

Avoid regressing in unsafe or inappropriate environments

Practice self-care after regressing — drink water, reflect gently, and ease back into your usual mindset

Optional: Journaling or Memory Triggers

Some find it helpful to keep a regression journal or make a playlist of comforting songs, shows, or smells that help trigger the regressed mindset.

⚠️ Important Notes

Please keep an eye on yourself; keep safe when regressing.

Remind yourself: “It’s okay to need comfort.” There’s no shame in wanting to feel little or cared for.

You don’t have to “act like a child” — regression is about your internal experience, not outward behavior.

Everyone's regression looks different; there is no wrong or right way to regress.
