I actually have known Jimin since primary school where we became best friends and have been inseparable ever since. In fact he is the one who got me into dance, when he took me to his dance class when we were 10 and I fell in love with it straight away. We also then started taking singing lessons together that we both also really enjoyed and thrived in.
But growing up, dance was our passion and so we went to the Busan High School of Arts together. Quickly becoming top of our class, which is when we then got recognised by our teachers and pushed to audition for an entertainment company, which lead us to Big Hit. Where we auditioned together and made our debut together with BTS at 17.

SakiMin is mine and Jimin's ship name, Sakura-Jimin. We started dating in 2020 (October 6th to be more precise) and have been together ever since. We have a loving and intimate relationship with a strong foundation from our years of close friendship. And even though it has been nearly 5 years we still act like a new couple, full of warmth and excitement.
