Sniggles are there not to run the park, but apparently to help Blinky cope with emotions
Sniggles filter out anything they think Blinky wouldn't like to see
Bug eyes (unusually large eyes - that checks out-)
Red and yellow (gives a disheveled look)
Lots of fluff- kind that makes you eepy apparently, dunno what that means-
Feathers as well if the appearance of snuggles is anything to go off of (also the tarot cards show the top half of his true eldritch form, no fluff in sight so maybe they're talking about the mascot he takes the form of??)
So I'm sure a lot of us just assumed Nightmare Time was just the name of the show but if The Witch In The Web and these lyrics are anything to go off of, it seems it's an actual torture method used by the LIB.
"If you blink, you’ll wake him up.

This seems to be implying that to survive you need to keep a close eye on everything. Just like how in the witch in the web, Hannah had to remember she had the power here. I'm sure it's just because it was in her dream state, but the sniggles literally have this guy as a boss, they're not exactly going to believe they have power in their own minds. Maybe they actually don't.

This repeats the idea that Blinky's version of nightmare time is something where either you miss even a small detail and you die, or it's weeping angel type shit.
