This is a boy who loves sharks. He loves to make them attack and eat his Lego guys and his sisters dolls if small enough . I used to forbid him to do it, I would tell him he can't play with his sharks if he is going to pretend hurt on people. But you know what, he loves sharks and his imagination and pretend play is so much more than that. He is not a bad kid because he pretends that his sharks eat lego guys and the occasional doll, and I'm rather ashamed of myself for trying to interfere with his imagination & free spirit. Play on my son and love your shark eating lego men, cause it's really not that serious.

Welcoming 2017

Every year i make the same resolution, to be more patient, to slow down and stop rushing. Well, I have come to accept my true reality, and that is that I have three kids and a full time job. So I am going to rush, and often, and my patience will be tested and often times lost. It's time I take to heart my favorite quote "it is what it is" that's my life and I for 2017, am just going to finally accept what I can't change.   But I do like the idea of making resolutions, I like to have something to strive for a plan to work towards. So here are my several resolutions, because having just one is boring. My 2017 New Year reasolutions: 1. Read more, facebook less. 2. Adventure more, plan less. 3. Laugh a little more, play harder. 4. Eat a little cleaner. 5. Don't sweat the small stuff, they are kids. 6. Life more, grow more & accept more. Hello 2017
