“Good morning!” Lucifer whistled upon entering the kitchen. Everyone present rolled their eyes at him except for you. You were avoiding his gaze. He leaned over the table you sat at to hover by your face. “Hope you’re ready to act like you’re hopelessly in love with me all day long.”
“Hey,” Dean huffed, “Paws off.”
Lucifer surprisingly listened to the older Winchester but winked as he moved away.
See, nobody was supposed to know about you two. For the moment, they didn’t. You wanted to keep it that way, but it became significantly more difficult when a heated makeout session with Luci just the other day left you with obvious marks all over your neck. So, today, you were wearing a thick scarf. Luckily enough, it was autumn, so you had a good excuse to do so. Nobody suspected a thing.
However, if Lucifer kept up his flirting, they would soon figure it out.
It was bad enough the two of you had to play a married couple to lure out a witch today, but it would be even worse if Luce spilt the beans. If that happened, the witch wouldn’t be the one to kill you. Sam, Dean, and Cas would do the job just fine.
“And the same for my ever gorgeous wife here,” Luci smiled devilishly up at the waitress, gesturing to you.
You frowned instantly as she left, your face red, “Lu-”
“Wait, sh, I wanna take it all in,” He couldn’t help but grin as he looked you over. You crossed your arms in a huff, attempting to cover your face. “Kay, go.”
