Water Diet
Meal Plan for Day 1:
This day you need to consume about 8 glasses of ice water and the only drink you can consume in addition to this is apple juice. You can also consume fresh apples if you don’t have a juicer yet. If you have cravings this day, you can consume melon or any other fruits. The idea is you shouldn’t feel hungry as you are allowed to have as many apples as you want.
Meal Plan for Day 2:
This is the day you need to consume 2 additional glasses of water as you will need to flush out the softened toxins from your liver from Day 1. Today in addition to water, if you have sugar cravings you can consume some veggies. It is suggested to have carrots if you have cravings today.
Meal Plan for Day 3:
Today you can limit yourself to 8 glasses of water though you can consume more if needed. Today you can have unlimited amount of fruits and veggies.
Meal Plan for Day 4:
You need to consume 8 glasses of water today as usual. In addition to water today you can consume milk and bananas. No other fruits and veggies are allowed today.
Meal Plan for Day 5:
You must increase the water intake today by drinking at least 10 glasses of water today. In addition to water, to day you can consume tomato. You can eat as many tomatoes as you like. It is recommended you eat at least six tomatoes today.
Looking at my body during freshman and beginning of sophomore year. I was pretty skinny back then. I was actually content with myself back then. I don't know what happened in the middle of sophomore year. How I wish I could go back to this. I need this. I will look at it every day, and this will be my goal. I will look like this again.

Why is it that I always eat whenever I'm stressed out? I wish I worked out when I'm stressed rather than eat like a pig. I wish I could take a knife and cut all my fat off. I'm getting stretch marks everywhere, and it's scaring the shit out of me. It's mainly around my inner thigh and waist/stomach area. Fucking shit, I need to go to the stupid gym. Homework sucks and can go die in a fucking hole. I wish I could shit all my fat out; that'd be great, okay? I feel like I eat a lot in a day, but I don't even eat that much. Fuck, whatever.

Hi there, sorry for being inactive since a month ago. Recently (well not really recently, it was like a week or two ago) my mom got me diet pills, because she thinks they'll actually work for me. I honestly think they'll have no effect, but I'm taking them either way just to prove to her that they don't work at all. So far, over the span of summer, I have worked out at the gym for a total of 5-6 times (not sure). I've had dance practices for 3-4 times already. Not much has been going on either, but I'm still losing weight. I've lost probably 5-6 pounds already, which is a nice thing for me I guess. It's hard for me to do things in summer, but eh. Okay I'm done.

I spent an hour walking by myself today. It felt great with the wind blowing in my face. It was amazing. I'm going to try and learn the dance today so that I can use it as a workout routine. I think I should go back to restricting meals after 6. I think I will.
