Jack had found himself in a tavern of a city under Aku’s tight grasp. He knew coming here would be dangerous as there were wanted posters of him at every corner, with bounty hunters eager for the reward, but he needed refreshments for his journey.
With his jingasa on, Jack had ordered hot water for him to mix tea leaves in while having a meal of odd soup with a few tentacles and other ingredients.
Jack was at first disgusted with the food of this time but he was starting to grow accustomed to it. Whether it be out of survival or discovering a new meal to enjoy. He continued to enjoy his afternoon meal but was ever watchful of bounty hunters.
The Doctor walked out of his TARDIS and into a bar of some sort. He had set the randomizer on the TARDIS and this is where it had brought him. He looked around and there was one particular person who was very specifically out of place. The Doctor walked over and sat down next to the person.
“You don’t quite look like you belong here,” he told the other.
Jack peaks from the brim of his jingasa to the finely dressed man before him. “I do get that a lot,” he said before sipping his tea. His style of attire was more ancient compare to everyone else.
Jack’s had many “friendly” folk approach him to chit chat, only to stab him in the back and try to bring him in to Aku. His guard was up but he still remained drinking his tea.
As the two conversed four figured in trench coats walked in and took a seat at the table on the other side of the room. They kept to themselves, their puff up collars and fedoras hiding their faces.
The Doctor looked at him. The clothes seemed certainly out of the time period to him. He thought for a moment. Could a time traveler have just forgotten to change? It seemed possible.
“This may seem like an odd question,” the Doctor told him, “But are you a time traveler of some sort? Your clothes are from a different time period.”
Another sip from his tea before Jack said, “Perhaps I am. Why would you like to know? You’re asking questions that many bad people have asked in the past.” Jack made it clear with his tone that he was suspicious of the Doctor, not trusting him as he could be one of Aku’s minions or bounty hunters.
“I’m not one of those bad people,” he told him, “In fact, I was more worried that you might be. I’m the Doctor, and I am also a time traveler. What brings you to this time period?” he asked, “Are you also here investigating the temporal disturbances?”
Jack's eyes widened at his words. Could it truly be possible, was he truly that fortunate to run into someone capable of time travel?
"You know a method of time travel?" Jack asked.
But before anything else could be shared Jack heard the shoving of chairs from a table near them. Jack looked to see shurikens thrown at their direction. With quick thinking he flipped their table to block them from the attack. Jack would peak from their cover to see the four trench coats to reveal themselves.
All four were machines, designed with thick metal turtle shells, each color coated of red, purple, blue and orange. Their heads in the form of snapping turtles, eyes slitted with fierce expressions as they wielded ninja weapons. Twin hook swords, nunchakus, twin kamas, and a spear respectively.
"Aku wants your head, samurai!"
"And we aim to collect."
The turtles seemed to be in sync with one another.
Jack drew out his katana, ready for battle. "Find somewhere safe, I'll deal with them!" He told the doctor, not sure how well he could do in a fight. Either way he could get him back home and he will not let anyone take that chance away.

psa -- please take your time.
The community has been growing MORE & MORE supportive overtime. Most roleplayers do not mind the length of time that it takes for you to reply to things, which is WONDERFUL!! But, there are still some people who actually do mind the length of time, so please REBLOG this if you are not bothered by the time it takes for your roleplay partner to reply to you, and would much rather prefer them to be COMFORTABLE and HAPPY.

It had been several days since Jack had an encounter with a black haired girl he had saved from the ruffians that plagued the Aku infested timeline. He was a loner, refusing to keep people close as he felt danger would always be around him, people will die.
The samurai currently rest near a camp fire, eating a boar he had hunted, his large weaponized motorcycle parked behind him as he leaned against it.
He stared at the flames for a time, reflecting and thinking on what to do. The weight of his guilt was becoming too much but he kept pushing. Suddenly the air grew cold, a green mist surrounded him, prompting the samurai to stand up.
He turned and shifted, seeing no one till suddenly before was a towering horseman in feudal Japan armor. Jack's eyes widened, sweat coming down his face, as he saw a large spear coming down to strike. This prompted Jack to draw out a revolver to shoot, but just as he pulled the trigger and the gun shot echoed there was nothing. The air was normal and he was alone. He then heard real footsteps and turned to the source, gun pointed at whoever was entering.

The mission she was given wasn’t easy to complete, so many things that had come in her way were either adjusting to the new areas that she would pass by, or a new threat she would use her weapons and armor against.
Yet the one person that came to mind was the warrior that she aided after he saved her from the ruffians that surrounded her. He wanted to be alone that much was clear, but the stubborn trait she had in wanting help nagged her more with each day, and so she went searching for the lone timeless man. Spying a fire the girl carefully walked over with a cautious smile. “Mister?”
Once Jack saw that he was pointing his revolver at a familiar black haired girl he immediately holstered it to his side. His expression went from panic to stern as he doubt it was a coincidence that they had met once more.
“Why are you here?” Jack asked, as if he was her dad about to scold her.
Her cautious smile started to form into a full blown one of delight, at the fact the warrior remembered her and that he was still alright. The girl bowed out in apology with her hands resting in front of her. “I have a duty to see through, it’s hasn’t been an easy one.. with each place I’ve been too it’s been difficult.”
Standing up straight, her smile fell into a frown yet her eyes held determination. “Your the only one I know that has been helping people in this world.. people in the different places have called you Jack and the tales of what you’ve done..”
Jack's gaze softened into a somber expression as he looked away from her. He was aware of his deeds but it wouldn't matter at the end as Aku's rein over this planet never wavered, no matter how long he fights it wouldn't change a thing. Fifty years and nothing has changed.
"What is it that you want, what is this duty you are up holding?" Jack asked. Despite his lack of hope, his despair, he keeps going. He isn't sure why. Perhaps instinct, going through the notions, is anger?
