Posting my daily diet and work out goals in hopes it will keep me accountable,
lmk if you have any tips or suggestions
Teas I’ll be Using
Peppermint- reduces cravings (or just brush my teeth but this helps stunt metabolism and water intake)
Turmeric- anti-inflammatory
hibiscus/lemon- helps with water retention
Daily Calorie Goal ~ 1,200 - 1,400
Protein ~ 90g
Steps ~ 8k-12k or 2-3 miles
at least 2L of water a day
NO RANDOM SNACKING
Breakfast~ 2 poached eggs, 1 slice of toast (sourdough), 1/2 an avocado
Snack~ Cottage cheese + frozen berries
Snack again (optional)~ banana with 1 tbs of peanut butter
Lunch~ “mini” cucumber+lemon+salt , 1-2 rice cakes
Night time tea - Peppermint or hibiscus
Glute Work out 10-15 mins
15 squats
15 glute bridges
10 lunges each leg
repeat 3x
Plus when showering do some squats just to add some pizzazz, progress is progress
DO NOT - Skip meals, under eat, over do cardio
I’m trying to lose weight but also keep this juicy ass and titties i’ve gained from the weight.
DO - stay constant, eat protein, glute and core exercise with CARDIO
This is my 30 day goal plan to snatch myself as fast but as safe as possible !!! <3
oh and also vitamins for digestive health and cortisol
