(from @nikolina--dobreva): you're such a pretty flower, Miles. all yellow and fluffy looking.
( text ): that reads as sarcasm, but i'm still going to take it as a compliment and you can't stop me, Dobrev.

Ain't I the luckiest shit on this trip I get to double it with a friend? Really this is the best situation short of sharing with Dakota
@milesalexo
the idea of rooming with a complete stranger was a little scary, so i'm damn happy i managed to land you as a roomie. we're gonna have a blast, man. oh, and if you and the wife need some alone-time on the trip, i don't mind making myself scarce if necessary.
i heard you have a children's movie coming out this month and i'm intrigued what made you get on board with the project? i think the premise sounds super cute and the title is insanely adorable, so i will be watching it as soon as i get a chance. [ @milesalexo ]
to be honest, i'm not even sure when that particular film is coming out. i originally recorded my voice in 2016 and then it's been stuck in development hell since. i went back in to redo some parts late last year but no one's actually told me if/when it'll be released, rip. i've always wanted to do more voice-over work, mainly because i can just jump to record straight from bed and i don't have to sit in the makeup chair for hours. hopefully this actually gets released and i get to do more, lmao. have you done any animated movies so far?
was it your first Met gala last week or have you gone before? i always try to check out the content that comes out of it but i'm also always real excited that i'm not invited. i've only gone once and i was terrified of making an ass out of myself in front of Anna Wintour. do you usually feel nervous about big events or are you the kind that doesn't really stress about things? / @fienneshero
can i just say you really ate with that leather look at the Met. loved the tailoring and bless you for actually going for it and doing something different. how nervous were you to walk those steps? i was there last about a decade ago and i feel like it's much bigger now, or at least more people are talking about it. / @houltnc
Glen: miles teller. it's slightly disappointing that you don't have a middle name causes this isn't as affective. damn. how the hell you been, mate? @milesalexo
miles: wdum i don't got a middle name? it's alexander, man. now i'm disappointed that my main man don't even know my middle name. i'm side-eyeing you and questioning everything about our relationship. i've been good, just overworked and underappreciated but you know how it goes. i'm kidding, life's good and this year has just whizzed past. what's your handsome self doing these days?
i had all but given up on the chance of getting new music from you and then boom, petal incoming. i'm unreasonably excited, especially since eternal sunshine was my favorite album of 2024. i'm loving the aesthetic of the album too, totally different and you look ethereal on the album cover. i did not win the ticketmaster war, so i won't be seeing you in concert, ( the actual loss of my life ) but i'll be watching every single tiktok i can find from it. are you excited to tour again? you haven't done that in awhile. / @arithegrandes
not to bring up old romances and potentially rub salt in the wound, but i really do think the height of romance was you getting your wives dress remade after it was lost in a fire. like, that's some shit out of a romance movie. that said, sorry to hear you're no longer together. are you doing okay? @milesalexo
i'm not sure romantic is the right word as we were already divorced by then but i know how much that dress meant to her. i know losing the dress was the hardest pill for her to swallow since she's deeply sentimental. i'm doing well, thank you for asking. her and i have always been good friends first but it just took a bit for us to realize we no longer made a good couple. no drama and no hard feelings, i will always adore her. breaking up in the public eye is so weird, everyone has an opinion or a theory and people expect to have their curiosity sated at every point. how is life in the post-heated rivalry era? still a whirlwind of craziness?
i'm part of the camp rock generation and i have to say getting you back to making bops has just made my year. you've always had my favorite voice out of anyone on Disney and i'm sick that i won't be able to come see you live. definitely one of the worst disappointments ever. are you enjoying back on tour? i know a lot of people really hate touring because of how exhausting it is but hearing everyone go crazy for you must also be a hell of a feeling, right? / @dlcvatos
i thought nothing you could ever do would get more iconic than being in a taylor swift music videoโlike, friendship bracelets, opening for my queen, all of thatโand then you absolutely blew me away in eternity. i love that movie so much, but also the moral dilemma it presents is genuinely fascinating. who would you choose: your current soulmate or the one that got away? because that's a tough one. i mean, most of the men i've dated are trash, so we're not going dumpster diving through my exes for this hypothetical. for me it would be more like, would i choose james dean or zac efron? and even i don't know the answer to that. it's like sophie's choice but when the choice is actually impossible because they're both perfect in completely different ways. one's got the whole brooding, dangerous, vintage mystique thing, and the other one is zac efron. how do you even choose? you can't. it's a trap. anyway, how did you film that movie without losing your mind over the romance of it all? because i would've been a mess. / @milesalexo
usually everyone wants to talk to me about Top Gun, so bless for coming with an original question and different movie. true mvp behavior. i liked the moral dilemma from the movie too. i think most people prefer the idea of the person that got away, not the reality. you've made that person the idealized version in your head, where none of their flaws bother you and you can smooth over any cracks that were in the relationship. as much as i loved my ex-wife, i think our divorce was the right call and going back would be insane. if it didn't work the first time, what are the chances it would work again? as Zac is one of my best friends, i would have to choose him every time. mostly because if i didn't, he would pout and that would not be a fun time. i went into the filming after a breakup, so i was honestly not focusing on the romance of it, if we're being honest. i was mostly just excited to get out of the house and be someone else for a couple weeks. hell of a good strategy.
Someone asked me the other day why we don't hangout these days. You know what? Good question, so I'm passing it over to you. We've both been busy, but I refuse to allow that to be a valid excuse any longer. I miss you and that ridiculously infectious laugh of yours. When you have the time, let's hangout properly before we miss out on something significant in each others lives. @milesalexo
that is a very good question. i don't exactly have an answer for you but i would love to change that nonetheless. it's been over a year and that's quite appalling, i'm sorry. you're right, being busy is no excuse, or at least a very bad one. are you free on Saturday? i managed to get courtside seats for the Lakers and we could do dinner afterwards, my treat.
