hey yall sorry I’ve been lowkey inactive. I’ve only been able to look at this app like once a week because of school and work. But I’m back with an update that my mom is being really nice and is buying me all the low cal stuff I ask her for. We only get a little at a time because it’s so expensive but she got me shirataki noodles and mushrooms and miso so I started eating a low cal soup as my omad. I’m really happy because this way my weight loss will stick and accelerate. I hope everyone’s doing well!! Comment how it’s going

EAT YOUR FAVORITE FOODS ON METAB DAYS!!!!

this will:

help prevent binges (bc you dont feel like you have to "make up" for what you weren't allowed to eat)

give you more satisfaction w what you do eat

help you restrict better!! (bc you aren't missing out on things)

as long as you dont exceed ~2000 c@l you're not gonna gain! the average recommended amt for a person is ~2000 c@l a day, so having one "cheat" day wont hurt you <3

if you restrict everything, you will end up binging. make your OMAD count!!!
