Your shifter stan au is amazing!! How does he convince ford that he's actually him?

The comic I just posted more or less shows - when confronted with the frozen old shifter and the fact that Stan has memories of their youth AND that Mabel and Dipper have been in his mindscape he’s forced to admit that Stan is his brother, and that his brother is a Shifter - and a kind of shifter different from the old one that he knows nothing about!

How does Ford react to the “Lee” shift?

Pre reunion he’s FREAKED OUT. and kinda insulted? Young child Stan is a memory to him - a static image of his best friend before Stan grew up and betrayed him.

After they reconcile I think he gets VERY sentimental and over protective of Stan when he’s Lee

Before Weirdmageddon pretty much everyone had realized that there was /something/ up with one of his eyes. But when the kids asked he’d brush it off with a joke, and whenever Ford would ask Stan anything about shifting he was rebuffed. None of them knew that it was actually GONE and that any time he had two eyes it was because he was putting effort into shifting. After Weirdmageddon… well… maybe they’d never find out what happened.
