1) First encounter (Mugen pov)
Ok so basically this au is set in Korea around the Joseon era, Fuu in this story is a mixed child (her father is Korean and her mother is Japanese) her dad a former general for the imperial family fell in love during a trip to Japan with a Japenese woman who worked as a translator (Fuu's mother) basically he ditched his country to live with the woman he loved back in Japan, but got caught, and got transferred back to Korea around Fuu fourth birthday. Though the Japanese government wasn't able to track back Fuu's mother, Fuu was able to live a pretty normal life till her mother's death (Fuu was 15), when the government tracked her back.
But instead of executing Fuu for being the conception of a forbidden love story. They instead sent her to Korea as a 'peace' treat. Fuu had been taught both Korean and Japenese by her mother. And again, the Korean imperial family, instead of beheading her, decided to keep her as a servant, labeling her publicly as a mixed child, shaming her and humiliating her.
In the comic, she has been working at the main court for 3 years until she got transferred somewhere else in the south to the court of the main war lord, who has just gotten back from war (aka Mugen)... anyway, more lore next post (if I do finish this project 💀💀💀)
