one days Jabber confesses, why? not because he’s inlove but to see what would Zanka’s reaction would be and if he himself would have some kind of reaction. they’ve been meeting up for a while now, Zanka wanting to fight Jabber and see if he’s getting stronger while Jabber wants something fun to do but also see how much Zanka has changed as he gets stronger.
Zanka has started acting strange when they meet up, it’s been a few weeks by now. Jabber isn’t stupid, he might be high almost all of the time but he’s not blind when he sees the small changes in Zanka’s behavior. It’s like poking a damn bear.
so Jabber confesses but Zanka clocks that he’s messing with him and gets upset. Zanka doesn’t understand or even know why Jabber suddenly confessed like that, he’s already in a bad mood that day and Jabber just made it worse. (he hasn’t processed what he feels for Jabber and so this feels so out of pocket, suddenly being called out for something he hasn’t even recognized yet).
they’ve beat up each other like usual. they think through wtf happened and both wasn’t sure if this “feelings” were just bcs of the moments.
is every part of the little animation symbolic? not really but i wanted to.
first part is ofc Jabber confessing. Zanka cruses at him. Jabber pushing back his hair to reveal his face and try to actually talk without avoiding/hiding the main topic. But Zanka leaving out of frame since he’s so done with Jabber’s bs.
the ending is them fighting but like trying to settle.
