Follow up to that question about Zoe's club. Who gave us those gems last Christmas?

Did you guys really intend to make the "Test-mode 42" and "Cryptobiologist" thing?And did you know that some lines are found in the book HITCHHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY,such as the lines"Life,the Universe and Everything","Its the only way to be sure" and much more i just cant recall

Players started a rumor that saying those two things would give them Flow so we decided just to make it happen! It was so long ago, I can’t recall if there was any more to it then that. I do believe the lines were intentionally linked to the book! I don’t know why...

Who's the designer of the Lucky 7 brand?

An NPC named Maria from Vegas World! She doesn’t ever come over to oW but wanted y’all to experience the brand none-the-less.

How do people travel between downWorld and ourWorld?

They can’t! Downworld is completely separate from ourWorld and the previously playable game no longer exists. The closest players can come to Downworld would be visiting the Toxic Beach or looking down at it from the Skyscope.

Livestream Notice - [ourWorld] aka YOURWorld

Hey there, ourWorlders! Have you ever made something that you’re super proud of? Have you ever accomplished something that made you stop and think “man, I am so awesome”? Do you want the chance to show off your rad projects?

If so, this new Stream segment may be something that interests you!

In the coming weeks, our usual oW Livestream will be incorporating a new ending segment called ‘[ourWorld] aka yourWorld’-- this is basically just our chance to show you guys off. Every one of our players are just SO talented, and we don’t think that’s said enough. Whether it be fan-art you’ve made for oW, an art project you’ve been invested with, the fact that you did super on last weeks spelling bee or that you’re just super stoked to have finished gluing together a new scrap book... all of it, we want to know!

(provided it’s appropriate, of course... nothing scandalous! We don’t want to hear about how you jumped little Jim on the street for his lunch money last Tuesday)

What’s going to happen is this: at the end of every oW Livestream we will take a few minutes to showcase the work you all submit to us. We will be accepting digital copies of the project, if it’s a physical piece then just take some cool pictures and include them in your submission! If you really want to, you’re more than welcome to actually send us something in the mail, but for simplicity’s sake pictures are perfect.

Where do you send your submission and what do you include in the message? 

You will send us a ticket via the oW helpdesk or a direct email to [email protected] with the title “ourWorld Stream Submission”

You will need to include a picture or pictures, if you’d rather, of the project itself (this could be art, a certificate of accomplishment, a trophy, a short story, anything you’re proud of)

You will need to include a brief description about what it is you’re submitting and why you’re proud of it

You will need to include your in-game username so that we can give you a shout! You are also welcome to remain anonymous, if you so choose, just make sure to include that in the submission or it won’t be accepted.

We will not be showcasing anything that includes your real name or any personal information. If a submission includes an image that does so, we will give a verbal shout for the endeavor but will not show the image provided. If you are submitting artwork, please include a signature or watermark or we will not be able to display it during the stream. If you have a short story to submit and it exceeds 200 words we will shorten it and only read aloud a small portion during the actual stream. Art submission restrictions are going to be the same as those placed in the official oW Forum-- if it isn’t something you’d submit to us for an official contest or post in the Forum then it isn’t something we will show in the stream. We will not showcase pictures that include your actual face-- if you submit a real photo of yourself that’s meant to correspond with the project in question, you will need to hide/cover/edit our your face so that it is not recognizable, for safety's sake.

Why are majority of your moderators all illustrators? Especially the recent ones. Do you guys plan to recruit any non-illustrators?

That’s just a happy coincidence! While it is helpful having someone well-versed in art, considering the art section is a major part of the oW Forum, it isn’t an absolute requirement when picking a Moderator. We don’t have any plans to hire new Moderators anytime soon; when Zoe selects someone new they may or may not be an artist, we’ll have to wait and see.

When will webhunt #2 be answered and prizes awarded?

Unfortunately Roboy has caught a cold and won’t be able to post the answers or award the winners until this Friday! :( He’s getting back on his feet now, so not to worry! <3 The next web-hunt will be posted on Monday and run for two weeks this time! ~ Collette

I've been wondering, but who was the first character conceptualized for the game?

The first character we finished was Azia and the first designer was Niccolo Volla!

In the new webhunt do we say the most expensive item by the designer of the shop? or all designers including the special/monthly items?

The most expensive item in the shop by the designer of that shop (since the default for a store is set to the designer it is modeled after).. I apologize for the delay!

I’m not sure how to put an answer into words.. there’s no particular one thing that inspires our artists.. they’re just that good!

Is Zoe's Club named after the NPC or the Admin?

It was named after the NPC! Our oW Administrator and Customer Service specialist started at Flowplay in 2015, Zoe’s Club was established before her time!

Zoe’s Summer Fun Homepage Art Contest: Results!!!

Hey everybody! The oW Homepage Art Contest has finally come to a close and today we picked out our winners! In a surprising turn of events, we happened to have a tie. With that in mind, the first entry will be used on the 31st of July and then, after 2 weeks, the next winning entry will be used starting August 14th until we update next! Isn’t that awesome? Two winners.. 4 weeks of your original artwork! We’re excited.

We also decided to select 5 runner-ups and those users will also receive prizes!

The official results and the prizes that go along with them will be posted on the 31st of this month via the oW Blog. This entry is more of an Insiders first look at the contest results.. heh.

I entered the webhunt but I didn't get any gems when they were awarded. I feel like I got the questions right, though. Does this mean I got them wrong?

So what do the downWorlders think of the people in ourWorld, and Flow and all that? What's the relationship between the two Worlds? This is something that's I've wondered for a while, and I'm happy there's someplace I can ask it.

There aren’t really too many people left on downWorld! For the most part, the only citizens remaining are those who encouraged uniformity and have no interest in pursuing a life above in ourWorld. Of course, there are still a few rebels who try to disturb the “order” as much as possible. If they’re still on the main land of downWorld it’s because they don’t want to leave or they want to bring down the Man instead of escaping up into the sky. They don’t think poorly of those who left and established ourWorld, but simply starting over isn’t their cup of tea– they want to take back the land that was once theirs. The relationship isn’t as complex as you might think! The actual ground attached to the world itself is downWorld. Azia established Flow and used it to launch chunks of the world into the sky, creating what you know to be ourWorld.
