IT (2017). IT: WELCOME TO DERRY - 1x08 (2025).
is this anything
Luther Hargreeves and Klaus Hargreeves unexpectedly becoming the most wholesome brother duo
Steve Harrington and Derek Turnbow in Stranger Things 5 ¬ S05E08 - The Rightside Up
We were so divided into the jocks, the nerds, freaks. And in the chaos, all those walls broke down, and I made new friends. I made friends who were never even supposed to be my friends.
Hey, about some of the stuff I said earlier, I just… It’s fine, it’s okay. No, just… It’s not okay. Eddie… He saved your life. Our lives. And I know what he meant to you. I can’t even imagine how hard it’s been. But instead of just being there for you, I just… Well, I got angry about it. I guess I got angry because things were different.
STRANGER THINGS 5.07: The Bridge
“Coconnas and La Mole were in love,” I say into the mic.
The crowd boos. I begin to walk off in shame, when a voice speaks and commands silence for the room.
“They’re right.” I look around for the owner of the voice.
There in the first row stands: Alexandre Dumas.
My real time reaction to Dustin and Steve saying, “You die, I die,” in the new Stranger Things trailer….
I'm not done with it yet (9 more chapters!!) but tbh Barnaby Rudge should be more popular. It's a pretty good & interesting book but so few people (even Dickens fans) talk about it
"Somehow Palpatine returned" but Ben Solo couldnt
romance isn’t everything, it’s true, but i think it’s stupid that people have done a 180 and now brush it off as something cheap and cliché. if it’s true that platonic and familial connections can be as meaningful as romantic ones, then the opposite is true as well. shipping characters doesn’t erase their friendship or reduce the depth of their connection. this is fiction, for fuck’s sake. romantic love will only ruin a friendship if you allow it to.
Thinking about Klave...
Dave was... such a normal fucking person.
And someone who isn't close to him would think that Klaus, being very dramatic and extravagant himself wouldn't get together with someone like Dave
But I think it's perfect actually
They have been dehumanized as children, they were given numbers instead of names, they weren't kids, they were soldiers.
They were never loved
So he grew up thinking he can't be loved, he isn't worthy of love or both (he sure doesn't love himself) and tries to fill the void with alcohol, drugs and sex
But it never leads to happiness
And in here comes Dave.
He's a Texas boy who worked at a DIY shop, favourite food is a burger with two pickles, favourite book is Dune and he has always felt like an outsider in his own family
He wasn't some great scientist, wasn't part of an elite group, didn't have magical powers. Even his reason for enlisting is because there was this pressure because his uncle and dad had already served
But suddenly this man just appears and he is wholeheartedly himself, does things, says things without any rhyme or reason. And Dave feels free
And Dave looks at Klaus with the utmost adoration, desire, devotion, like he hung the stars and painted the night black, like he was the reflection of the moon on the lake.
He showed Klaus what it's like to be loved. That he can be loved. Klaus loved Dave.
And Klaus knew that Dave loved him.
And that's what made his death so unbearably painful
Screaming
Sobbing
Biting the walls
I’ll never get over them
I never got over anything. I miss everyone and everything. nostalgia and grief kill me every day. oh and I also love going on walks.
