Evil Ain’t Dead | Writers Application (CLOSED)

Hi! We’re looking for around 1–2 co-writers to help work on my upcoming webcomic, Evil Ain’t Dead(EAD).

Here’s a short synopsis of the story: “Four wannabe vigilantes try to serve rebellious justice for The Cursed; mistreated minorities in their society born with various supernatural powers.”

EAD is intended to be a horror-comedy webcomic released on Tapas. We currently collaborate through a Discord server where we handle writing, brainstorming, character development, worldbuilding, and general discussion.

About the collaboration:

Co-writers will actively help with plotting arcs, writing scripts, refining dialogue, and developing characters/worldbuilding.

This is a collaborative, discussion-heavy process; we go off ideas from each other rather than work separately.

You’re welcome to pitch your own ideas, scenes, or character concepts!

I will be the main artist and designer, but if you’re interested in contributing art or designs, I’m open to that as well (not required!!).

This is an unpaid passion project!!!

We’re aiming for a long-term project, so consistency and communication are important.

Themes of the series include:

Rebellion vs Oppression

Discrimination against minorities

Superheroes vs Villains

Religious trauma

Queer identity/romance
