It's an NPC I have for my Borderlands campaign I've been writing for like. 3 years.

his name is "The Reaper" he's a bounty hunter that lives scope. on Pandora. His weapon of choice is a sniper without why? So his bounty can't see him from the flare of the glass and because his "scope" are in the eyes of his mask

He usually stalks his bounty before taking them in or killing them. The reason why people call him the reaper is because he's usually the last thing a person sees before they die, those who barely escaped him never live long enough to tell the tale. (That or he's paid off)

His favorite type of weapons are Jakobs. He also uses curved double blades with chains. (Yes heavily inspired from Death From Puss n Boots Death)
