Introducing my AU, "Xisuma's Guide to Monster Hunting" that I've had cooking in my brain for literal years now and have never done anything with it lol
Quick synopsis: Xisuma, a recently graduated "doctor of monsters" ventures into the most monster-infested area of the world to study the creatures that live there. When he gets there, however, he realizes that the "monsters" that he spent so long learning how to hunt and kill are much more civilized than they seem.

if you can't sort it alphabetically automatically and don't want to go through the trouble of finding the songs (fair), you can do it in the order it's already in

Not only should it be law that anything AI generated on the internet should be labelled as such but every website, app, and digital service should have a button I can click that removes any AI from my interactions with that site/service. I don't want your AI assistant I don't want your AI-generated ad copy I don't want this insidious little thing that has crept into so much of the internet that I can be using it without even realising or knowing. If you couldn't be bothered to have a human make it I can't be bothered to look at it sorry bye
I'm not a fan of lego cartoons, unlike my friend, but I thought he'd be happy to get a plush of one of his favorite characters for his birthday. I know it's not the most high-quality or beautiful toy, but I tried my best.
A "mysterious being" had invited a dozen creatures to a small domain outside any dimension. Upon our arrival, the being, using a magic silhouette, revealed they had trapped us all there until one of our teams, or an individual person, won their challenges. The being who trapped us all was clearly with us, disguised as a mortal, yet no one else seemed to notice. Three teams of three were quickly created, decided by which creatures claim similar environments. I was part of the team of four was soon after decided, as none of us were bound to a environment in the same way. A board appeared in the room, displaying names for each team in a language resembling Greek, followed by it written in English. The names of the team members were written below the team names, each in their native language. A sticky note was taped next to each name, the back of which explained a task we each must secretly do in order to escape.
While waiting for everyone to read their note, I remembered a conversation from my past.
"So whats the last thing you remember?"
"I remember waking up in a bed, and everything was pitch black. Something was dripping and it was hard to breathe. I also heard some strange noises, and the smell was horrendous!"
"And how did you get out of that place?"
"I think I went back to sleep, cause next thing I remember was being in a park. There was a stranger there, but they left before I could tell much about them."
"Do you remember anything about them?"
"They were tall, and wearing a dark hoodie and sweatpants. They had broad shoulders and looked masculine. If I remember correctly, they looked kinda like you, as weird as it may seem."
"They looked like me? Huh. Did you notice anything strange about them?"
"Let's see... Oh! They had this weird glow coming from them! I haven't seen many others with nearly as much of a glow. It was the same dark purple with swirls of blue and pink as your glow has, although yours is fainter."
"What? Glow? I see... That's all for today, you can stay in here for the night."
"Don't speak of that glow to anyone, nor the person you saw."
"Can I ask a question before you go?"
"Depends, what is it?"
"Were you the person I saw?"
"...I don't believe that matters yet, though I may answer- eventually..."
